12" x 12" x 2". Acrylic on panel. I was attracted to colours, patterns and movements in a photograph I saw in the media, of clowns in an urban street. I took fragments and collaged them together with painted elements. I used the difference in scale and gesture of the hand in the top left and the body taking centre stage to create a dreamlike feeling.
