14" x 14" x ". (Plus cradle frame) Acrylic on panel. I began this work as a reflection on the passing of time after reading a poem about the same landscapes hosting many generations passing through. As I began to explore adding collaged fragments, the painting developed into what I see as a playful assemblage of human and animal associations. I used paint, free mark-making and organic colours to create nature resonances. Technically, I used eye-forms as a structural part of the compositional pattern.
